Mt. St. Helens
After a long week of playing cops and robbers, it’s finally time to take a day off from fighting crime. I promise I’ll have you back in time for Dr. D.P. Lyle’s appearance here on The Graveyard Shift on Monday.
Now, sit back, relax, and enjoy the view.
Remember, Dr. D P Lyle will be on hand on Monday to answer your forensics questions.
Dr. Lyle is the award-winning author of many books. He serves as a consultant for television and film writers, and he’s a practicing cardiologist in the L.A area.
Hey, Gettysburg pics would be great. We’ll add it to the travel itinerary.
Okay. How many pictures of Gettysburg do you want? 🙂
Rhonda – Yep, it’s nice to get away from the man-made world of violence. I plan to make this a regular part of The Graveyard Shift. Anyone who’d like to share photos of their favorite places can drop me a note and we’ll try and get them posted on a future Weekend Road Trip.
Thanks for the palate cleanser, Lee. It’s nice to see The Circle of Life in action.
Have a great day. I hope your teams win. And I’m looking forward to Dr. Lyle’s “blog call” tomorrow.
Thanks Lee!
I enjoy ordering these books at my local bookstore, it’s so much fun to see some of the clerks freak out a bit over a few of the titles. The two poison books I added to my library were especially fun. Even more fun is watching patrons of the bookstore cafe when they overhear critiquing discussions of the murders I’m writing. 🙂

Peg, Dr. Lyle also has a new book coming out in a couple months. It’s in the same series as mine and is called Forensics, A Guide For Writers. I think you can pre-order it now from Amazon. I know the others are available from all the usual outlets. Check out his website http://www.dplylemd.com/
Looking at the books…Dang, looks like I’ll be adding some more books to my reference library.
😉

I have it on good authority (since I’m within 30 miles of said mountain) that it’s covered in white stuff.
